Dear Ward Member, 

I would like to invite you to attend the Ward Panel meeting for the Plaistow South Safer Neighborhood Team, on Thursday 18th September 2025 between 06:00pm  - 07:30pm. The meeting will be held at Newham University Hospital, Glen Road E13. 

As your local police team, we are dedicated to working to resolve any policing issues that may be present in your area. This meeting is your opportunity to have your say. There will also be representatives from Newham Council at the meeting, who may be able to assist you in any council matters you feel need addressing.  

We are committed to hearing from as many residents or local business owners as possible at these meetings, so please do spread the word. We aim to develop an informal atmosphere and opportunity to engage with one another. 

Should you wish to speak to an officer about a particular incident or any other issues that you may be experiencing now or in the future please do not hesitate to contact the Metropolitan Police on 101.
